REVEALing Architecture” at the National Academy Museum
Through 05.03.15

“REVEALing Architecture” presents design ideas by FXFOWLE, ranging from parti models to detailed studies of architectural language. Models, renderings, drawings, and photography from nine projects and more than 75 conceptual and architectural models are on view, along with a site-specific installation celebrating the shelter-making role of architecture.

BLUEPRINT” at Storefront for Art and Architecture
Through 03.21.15

“BLUEPRINT” asks individuals from the world of art and architecture to embark on a trip of self-reflection to identify a place of origination for their work in the literal and metaphorical form of a blueprint. Curated by Sebastiaan Bremer and Florian Idenburg, Int’l. Assoc. AIAm and Jing Liu of SO-IL, the exhibition can be seen as a collection of blueprints, but also as a collection of anecdotes, as the exhibition sets out to understand a series of artistic practices from the subjective to the objective.

Modeling the Synagogue – from Dura to Touro” at Yeshiva University Museum
Through 07.05.15

Yeshiva University’s newest major exhibition features a collection of 10 models of some of history’s most significant synagogues. Accompanying the models are rare artifacts, original manuscripts, photographs, and maps from the communities and synagogues represented.
