As a part of the continuing efforts in the post-Sandy recovery assessment and training, AIANY Design for Risk and Reconstruction (DfRR) Committee members Illya Azaroff, AIA, Jack Suben, AIA, and Deborah Gans, AIA, attended HURRIPLAN training conducted by National Disaster Preparedness Training Center (NDPTC) at the University of Hawaii, in collaboration with Pratt Institute, and sponsored by FEMA.
